I was in a roadside emergency while on a trip and a super nice lady at this car rental location mentioned that she could stay a bit later to make sure that I could rent a car and get to my hotel safely. She even followed up with me to make sure that everything was still going okay! I ended up finding another rental agency that was open later but she was the only person that offered to help me when I asked. She was so kind!!!

Reserved the car on line for Saturday. They close at noon. We got there late because of a road closure. Nicky stayed late to help us out - she was pleasant and helpful. I’m sure she wanted to finish her shift, but was professional the entire time. We really needed the rental and appreciated the help. This type of customer service is what keeps people coming back.
