Had a great experience with National Car Rental! The pickup and drop-off were quick and hassle free. Our car was absolutely beautiful, smooth, clean, and such a joy to drive. I was honestly in love with it. The whole process was quick and easy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely renting from them again!

Wow! Was extremely pleased with Terri at the rental office today in Thunder Bay Ontario! Friendly, funny, hilarious and professional. Pricing was better than expected & was upgraded for the same price. Thanks again Terri! Big hugs

Told me they did things with my booking and they didn't. Have called in for the manager to call me an never did.

Worst car rental in Thunderbay!! Using the national car rental's website, I made a reservation for a premium SUV, and I received an email confirming the reservation. nine hours after receiving the email confirmation. I received an email from the rental company staff informing me that the car I booked is not available. I'm not sure why utilizing their website to book a car is worthwhile.
