I rent vehicles often all over the US for work. I rented a car last week out of Billings and had left several items in the car that i forgot about. National car rental in Billings called me to let me know that they had sat them aside for me to come pick up. Over the years i have lost/left several items in rentals and was never contacted by the rental co. that i had done so. This location along with their quality inventory of vehicles are extremely honest.
Quick & easy process handled by polite & professional employees! Always nice & clean vehicles too. :)
Overall nothing was unsatisfactory for this rental, check in was quick and fairly easy, it was nearly 3x the price as when we rented a car in Louisiana earlier this year, but no major issues, the car was as promised, they honored my reservation and received the vehicle I had requested and return took less than 30 seconds.
