ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE!! Tried to charge me for an extra day!! Good thing I was watching my credit card transactions!! They are NOT a National Car Rental place. Like others have said- they say they are a "franchise" but you cannot use your Emerald Club here, they do not have the same quality of service and attention to detail you get at a real National, and when I tried to suggest that the (manager?) woman who took my call inform the employee about the not being able to use the membership situation because she clearly d... read more
I've rented from this company twice. Have had exceptional service both times. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to rent a vehicle
Bad attitude
Screw this place. Made a booking online, nothing said anything about closing early. Cab across town to get there and the door is locked, no one is answering, and even the customer service line doesn’t know about it. Now I have to cab again across town to the airport to pick up my rental vehicle. Will NEVER be using them or recommending them to anyone. Edit: airport wanted to charge me $500 for a liability fee and would only take credit card. This company is a joke.
ALERT: Be very aware of the lack of transparency in this business. They disguise themselves as a National Car Rental agency but function completely different than the “National “ brand. They excuse it as a franchise but do not tell customers about mileage charges - the $3.50 a litre they charge ect ect. Not to say they have no recognition for the National Loyalty program. Once burned. Hello other rentals - I’m coming to you next for my rental.
