ALERT: Be very aware of the lack of transparency in this business. They disguise themselves as a National Car Rental agency but function completely different than the “National “ brand. They excuse it as a franchise but do not tell customers about mileage charges - the $3.50 a litre they charge ect ect. Not to say they have no recognition for the National Loyalty program. Once burned. Hello other rentals - I’m coming to you next for my rental.

This guy is scam. Picked truck up in a snow bank covered with snow. Put 190 klm on it locally. Return vehicle and they said all good. Then I received phone call that they found crack in side window. Guess it's my word against his. I never noticed the crack and was never hit by anything. Could a been there the whole time. TINY little chip near the back of the widow. Big safety issue he says. All 4 low tire lights on when I picked it up and didn't correct it. I'm sure it was checked over at all. Live and learn.
Only place! This Renter will go. Nice white folk there.
