Speedy pick up of the car that was very clean and good condition.
Great service and friendly staff! The pickup and return were quick, and the car was spotless. The only downside is that the location is a bit tricky to access in the basement, but once you get there, the experience is excellent.
The service standard of driving the car up to customers while everyone is waiting in line is cute, but is also wasting everyone’s time. Get rid of it and do what all other rentals do (pay, sign, keys). Your fancy business model might please you but won’t please us. Git rid of it TODAY.
