Broden and the team are amazing here at the National Car Rental branch Great fleet of cars, easy to book and ultimately fantastic hospitality - would easily recommend this branch to anyone Thank you guys!
Very disappointing experience at this location. The office and parking were extremely hard to find due to poor signage and construction at the entrance. I had to carry my luggage around just trying to locate the place. When I finally got to the parking level, the door was locked and I was stuck waiting about 20 minutes. To make matters worse, staff failed to explain that I needed a ticket to exit the garage, which caused even more confusion and stress. Do not use this location. You'll lose your mind. Unlike other rental car companies (Avis, Budget, Hertz) which have offices in the shopping mall, National has a makeshift shack hidden in some pocket of a parking lot. It is virtually impossible to find without calling their office (you'll be lucky if they pickup), and getting lost multiple times in narrow alleys and convoluted mall signs (which is under construction). The worst part is that they don't even use the office or parking space allotted to other rental car companies... read more
