Always friendly folks. Clean cars, great service.
The counter is rarely manned, so even if you have an appointment for a pick up, you will still have to stand around and wait for someone to show up. Also, if you are on the road and need to get a hold of someone at the local branch with an issue or a question, absolutely no one picks up the phone, it is next to impossible to get a person at the physical location. Plus, if you get stranded somewhere and want to rent a car to drive in to Columbus instead of flying, this location does not allow one-way rentals in.
