The young man who was at the Nat'l desk both when I arrived and left was very helpful, knowledgeable and kind. He took the time to explain everything and went out of his way to help me with directions. He made the experience positive and easy.

They cars are parked outdoors and there are no baggage carts available at the rental facility. They didn’t have any ice scrappers and the cars were covered in snow and ice.
