this is my 4th time using National at Laredo International Airport. the 1st 2 times business was ok. I wasn't greeted nicely but figured the rental counter people were dealing with the 10 or so people that was in line so they were busy. I always rent a luxury car and I typically always use National to date I have 140 rental days in. last visit I was told they don't have a luxury cars at that location and was given a jeep to use for the week that I am there. Great service! Staff was very friendly helped me right away and was able to find me a more spacious SUV then I previously requested. Location is easy to find the rental counter is on the very left side of terminal and the parking lot is just right outside. Easy to get in and out. Rental vehicle was in perfect shape and very clean inside. Would definitely recommend renting from them
