100% disappointed, book a reservation at a 2pm, got a confirm email. Come to the front desk, when it's my turn and another couple we got kicked back and tell to wait for extra 2 HOURS for reason of "tight inventory". I noticed me and the couple have common thing is we rent only 1 day. It explained why we got kicked back far from other customers.
