Okay, I didn't know this was across the water and had to take a ferry. Great customer service, friendly staff and a good amount of stock to choose from. Easy drop off. Straight forward. Definitely will rent from again when I go back to Toronto.
The car was excellent, the staff were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond, especially at my pickup location at Billy Bishop airport, where I was late picking up my vehicle... they found me a vehicle despite my late arrival (i had no parking available so I picked up the following morning) Thanks again.
Awful customer service. Just called their customer service desk at Billy Bishop airport 4 times at different intervals and no one responded. Had an urgent inquiry with my reservation but I guess will have to just cancel the reservation. Highly unprofessional.
What a great experience! The staff was friendly and patient with explaining the details. The process was easy, plus you get an email before returning the vehicle in case you need to modify the timeline.
