My evening flight was significantly delayed last Friday. However, even though the National counter closed early and I was unable to use my usual "bypass the counter" process, the folks at Enterprise took me at the counter to fulfill my reservation. I am a frequent renter (Executive Member) at this and the Calgary location, and the staff are always helpful and super professional. They get me on my way efficiently and quickly. Great staff and we picked up a great Mercedes to drive during our stay.
Arrived on a Sunday afternoon, great selection in the Executive Isle (Audi A3, Mercedes GLA 250, VW Taos, other large SUVs & trucks). Emerald Isle had a lot of full/mid-sized & small SUVs). Staff at exit booth & return were great, only took 1 minute each time. Always prefer National over other companies.
I have only had amazing experience with National. I have executive. So I just choose any car in a lot. And leave no line. Would definitely using national if you travel alot for work.
