renter beware. I needed a vehicle for a couple of days and booked through national. I reserved an ended up getting a smaller SUV. The prices were outrageous, but I needed a vehicle so I took it. I dropped it off a couple of days a couple of days after I drop the vehicle offI got an email from them claiming that there was a$1000 damage to the door. Rented a vehicle for my coworker from here, and they charged us for four days instead of the one we had the vehicle for. Turns out he forgot to return the keys, but sent them back within a day. Tried to call them multiple times to sort out why they charged us for four days, and carla, the manager there laughed in my face, then told me that she wouldn't help me and to call customer support. After over 10 calls, over 3 months, to customer support, being sent through to multiple people who said reports were filed, and incidents... read more

rent a vehicle yesterday Iwas sleeping to much but and I return the vehicle at two hours when we found the issue it's slipping too much... the staff denied to refund the money.. it was so rude they don't know how to do customer services... I think they have hired a good staff who know the customer value they are arguing me...

I VERY specifically asked when I picked up my rental car if there were any charges besides the $215 I was quoted. I was told NO, that was the total. When I received my invoice I was billed $340. When I called to ask about it, I was told there are ZERO KM included in the rental!! I have rented dozens of cars over the years, and that has never been the case before. The manager said "you didn't have to drive it!" I asked "who rents a car and doesn't drive it?". He answered, "oh some people do, just to get points." Such an insan... read more
