All the staff at Jackson Hole Airport was amazing and polite. From the time we picked up the vehicle to the time we dropped it off. The vehicle was clean and in great condition. Keep up the great work and excellent customer service!!!

We have confirmation that we booked a 12 person Van and after getting to the airport, we were advised they don’t even have those vehicles and that we have to get a 15 passenger. Additionally, when entering the van it was not cleaned and there was a dirty sports bra in the backseat. When we asked someone walking around if they could assist us with a couple of questions, she advised she can’t and we would have to go to the rental counter to get any questions answered about the seats. overall was not a good check-in experience ... read more
