Jackson Wyoming. Booked online thru Booking.com - it was cheaper than other apps, , fast and efficient! Staff (pickup & drop-off were very efficient, friendly & professional!! Vehicle was clean and pretty new.
Staff were very helpful, the price was fair, and both picking up the car and returning it went smoothly.

Awful customer service. I just dropped off the car (7/31) and left a bag of snacks that I just bought for my flight in it. Walked back to the Jeep five minutes later and spoke to the rep. They already move it to the back. She called someone on her phone to grab them and of course them could not find them. Best part is the bag was sitting on top of the shifter (knob you turn) so you had to move it to put the vehicle in gear which means a national employee stole them. Employees are thieves at this location. Beware!
