Love National! The staff was so friendly and the free upgrade as an emerald member was really great.
The staff is friendly and do what they can. But their system is incredibly disorganized. Waited for a car for more than 45 mins after checking in. Guess walking ain't crowded
Don't leave anything in the rental car if you rent from the Jackson, WY location. None of the local branch phone numbers listed on the corporate website or in a Google search work. Furthermore, the GenAI chatbot on the corporate website redirect you to an Avis customer support phone number. How is that even possible? I would give zero stars if I could. Our first car was dirty on the inside and outside (mud everywhere) and the passenger windows didn't roll all the way down (only stopped halfway). We went back for a new car and asked SPECIFICALLY for one with back windows that roll down. We were given a car that once again, had windows that did NOT roll down. AND this car has fruity pebble crumbs literally engrained in the seats. We asked for a vacuum to try to get these crumbs out, and they replied with "well the vacuum is all the way on ... read more
