avis ran out of cars despite we have a booking. however, national rental saved our trip! They have great availability. And Joe, the representative, provided awesome service for us, highly recommended!
The individual who rented the 6 passenger vehicle to me suggested a slightly larger vehicle (Jeep Wagoneer) at the same rate.
Jackson Hole ski season rental. Our reserved car was late and the lady at the desk managed to get us an upgraded car that was immediately available. Used more fuel but negligible is the scheme of a ski vacation. Car was clean, in good condition and the return was so quick!!
I booked a truck to drive mountain roads between Jackson WY and Bozeman,MT. I realized only the next day after I picked it up that it was a rear wheel drive, therefore completely unsuitable and unsafe to drive in this part of the country. Very unhappy about this experience!
