I booked a rental car at Saskatoon Aioort and experience was not good at all .. Guy at the Desk was in a bad mood .. He was not happy to be there it seems .. I simply asked if there is another car and he was like that would cost you extra … next time book in Advance . .. I upgraded to Durango and car was not in a good condition .. some features were not working and it had a chip on a windshield .. They should have told earlier .. I rather book with some other rental company

Pick-up and drop-off the one-way rental vehicle from Saskatoon, SK to Winnipeg, MB was efficient, smooth, & stress-free. Sincerely, Allen B.

Incredibly long line-up then an even longer wait to get the keys. Not sure why a vehicle won’t be ready when i had a reservation at a set time, or why there would be an hour wait after checking in just to receive keys. Hertz, Avis and budget all had very short wait times. Will not use again out of this location.

Been travelling for work for a long time now and have over 120 rental days with National this year, but this has been so far the worst service with National and this is the second time at the same location. Just terrible service, overall if you travel for work often, and would like the best return for loyalty, I would suggest you stick with Hertz.

Terrible service at YQR. If you fly often for work, go with another rental company like Hertz.
