The Springfield, Missouri location did an excellent job with customer service and quickly getting me to where I need to be for business
Springfield Mo Airport location does not recognize my Elite Executive status. I don’t feel the cars options provided to me matched my status. I rented multiple times in the past 3 years and I know the National row with available cars. There were better cars available but the reps do not disclose them at counter. They give me choices of regular sedans with ZERO upgrade for my Elite Executive status. The reps did not even recognize the status verbally at the counter.. ALWAYS !
