CSR REP VERY POLITE DIDN'T WAIT IN LONG LINES VERY SMOOTH TRANSACTION ALL INFO EMAILED 2 ME IMMEDIATELY..THIS ALL HAPPENED THE DAY I PICKED UP CAR & WHEN I RETURNED...VERY RESPECTFUL CSR WITH GREAT SMILE & PATIENCE..BEING POLITE IS A MAJOR PLUS WILL DEFINITELY & ONLY RENT FROM NATIONAL WHEN I FLY N2 MLU....THANKS SOOOO MUCH 4 A VERY NICE EXPERIENCE
Rental office stayed open for very late delayed flight - only MLU rental company open. And helped a dozen or more tired customers.
