We had issues with another rental car company this past weekend and they gave my sons and I the best customer service
I'm alittle concerned reading all these reviews. Most ppl are special card members. I'm not an emerald card member of any kind. What kind of service/rental should I expect to receive not having that kind of membership ??
I've used them all - but I've rented more than 1,000 vehicles from National - the only company I've used for the last 20 years. I'd rather choose my vehicle than have it chosen for me. Their staff is almost always friendly, helpful, fast and efficient.
