I rented a car for a friend to make her way back home after helping drive my daughters cause to LU. We scheduled for one day as it is about a 10 hour drive back home.. got the receipt lastnight with a charge of another two days! Thank God customer service was so helpful but charging an extra $250 when the car was returned within the window it should have been is insane. Just recently at a small airport late at night, I picked up a rental car with National and I had the best service. The car was ready for me and it was late and I was tired and ready to get settled so I really appreciated the extra mile they went to make it easy and quick by having the car at the curb ready for me to drive away.
Awlful experience. Rented a pickup truck for my vacation a month in advance. They didn't have one, or anything remotely comparable! I contacted Nation via chat, email, and phone and never heard back from ANYONE. Avoid if you don't want your tip to ened in furstration!
