I’ve been meaning to leave this review for a while, but Jasmyn and Devon deserve the recognition. I rented a vehicle from September 15–21, and both employees made my experience a great one. Jasmyn did a wonderful job checking me in. She was professional, welcoming, and helpful, making the pickup process smooth and stress-free. Devon was equally excellent when I returned the vehicle. My experience with National Car Rental at Lynchburg Regional Airport was incredibly disappointing, especially as a longtime National customer. I rent well over 70 vehicles a year through National and have for the past 10 years, and I’ve never experienced anything like this. I arrived to pick up my reserved vehicle only to be told it had been given away because I was “late and didn’t call.” I was actually told that if I wanted them to hold my reservation, I should have called.
