Got me in and out with an acceptable car
Normally great experiences with National. But this winter, it wasn't that great. The car I got (Altima AWD) was shaking above 50 mph. It was very snowy and icy in Anchorage. So it would've been more prudent to have winter tires in Alaska, but that's not the case with the cars as they came with all-season tires only. When feedback was given to the receiver upon return, she was like, "our tires are good" ... yeah ... might be a junior employee, but surely a better training would've been to at least be emphatatic to the custome... read more
Create selection of cars quick and easy in and out. Easy to navigate app. The best improvement I could think of would be more locations.
