Rented from the anchorage airport. First time renting from national. I’ve rented from every other company and this was by far the easiest, smoothest rental I’ve had. Didn’t have my car, instantly upgraded to the next size and I was on my way. Car was clean and solid.
We had an amazing experience renting a Chevy Tahoe for our 1 week Alaska Trip. Checkout was smooth and quick and enjoyed the brand new vehicle. Return as well was very quick and well managed. The total rental cost was also very affordable. Highly recommend.
I have always rented from National. This is the first time that a vehicle I had seemed have some slight mechanical problems. The only concern that I have is that there is a clicking or clanging sound from the front of the vehicle. It occurs at low speeds during acceleration and deceleration.
They will not be able to split your payment even if they said they will/can or that their management will contact you to fix it. Use any other service in achcorage to rent a car
Friendly, professional, and expeditious service was provided by the Anchorage, AK, staff. Cards (business) were provided for me to use tp contact staff should any questions or issues arise during the rental period. A+++
