Know how to take the reservation but don't know how to hold the reservation. Everyone here waiting an hour for a car. Shouldn't let someone rent for time slots of cars are unavailable at said time slots.
Both the picking up the car and the return were so quick and efficient. The young man I picked the car up from was so courteous and professional (sorry I forgot his name)….just a really nice young man. When I returned the car Gabby was quick to help me….she was checked the car over, gave me instructions on how to get to the terminal and I was on my way. Horrible experience, absolutely atrocious service. They charge exuberant prices for rentals and can't keep up with the demand. Waited over one hour for our car and they seemed indifferent to our frustration. Would not recommend, check out Hertz instead.
Nice, newer, ample size and great price/value.
