Had a great experience. Car was very nice and easy to drive. Pickup and dropoff went smoothly with quick response from National staff.

I waited in line for an hour because one person was forced to operate two counters. Then I was told that the wait for my car would be 45 minutes. After that time had passed, it turned out they had forgotten about me and my car, which forced me to wait again. I ended up losing over 2.5 hours.
National Rental Car in Anchorage have incredibly polite and customer service oriented counter representatives! So awesome to see people that love their job.
