Arrived here with a National Reservation for that evening, I thought, but I had inadvertently cancelled my reservation for that evening and shifted it to a month later. My bad. The counter woman was simultaneously unsympathetic, with a dash of passive hostility. I proceeded to revise my reservation to pickup that evening. Pretty quick exchange. My car was reserved through my work so it was easy to get everything, which was nice after a long flight.
I’m almost afraid to write what I think because then everybody might switch to National and they’ll get crowded and then I won’t get the perfect car rental experience like I do every single time with National. Kudus guys.
