Amazing rental experience from the quick line upon arrival with excellent customer service, to the awesome suv we drove, to the efficient drop off. The airport rental car center is about a 10 minute drive away and there was a decent line to even get on the transport bus. When we saw we were one of 5 busses to arrive at the RCC at the same time we figured we would have a long wait but instead we were 2nd in line and all the other people went to different companies to stand in line. Highly recommend National in San Diego!
Well run location. Easy to rent and easy to return. They also gave me a $30 discount just for asking, and I returned the car early and got a credit.
LOVE National! Skipping the counter and just going directly to the Emerald Isle to pick out whatever car you want is the best thing ever! And this trip the Emerald Isle cars were all gone, so they gave me a higher level car at the same price as my midsize car. Customer service is great, the entire process is great! Can't recommend highly enough!
