Overall, my experience with National was positive, but I was disappointed by a policy that was not communicated before I rented the vehicle. I rented a Jeep and later learned that removing the top was apparently against company policy. If that restriction exists, it should be clearly explained before the rental is completed. Otherwise, customers may choose a vehicle expecting to use its features only to find out afterward that there are limitations. I had an excellent experience with National Car Rental from start to finish. The reservation process was easy, pickup was quick and efficient, and the vehicle was clean, comfortable, and in great condition. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the entire rental process stress-free. Returning the car was just as simple and fast. This was one of the best rental car experiences I’ve had, and I will definitely choose National again for future trips. Highly recommend
