Great experience. Great customers service. Great car.
Was able to get in and out of the parking lot was a car rental rather quickly. They even drove down to the Ford Dealer to pick me up while dropping my car off. Every person I ran into there was very helpful and nice to work with.
The SUV we rented was incredibly comfortable, clean, and had all the necessities we needed for our road trip. The customer service agent(Jessica) was very polite and professional and all the details of the rental agreement were clear and concise. The price quoted online at the time of reservation was the same as it was in the agreement when I went to pick up the vehicle. There were no hidden/extra fees or terms of condition. I would use them again in the future if I needed another rental vehicle.
Good company . No problem other than the company’s relationship with the Illinois Tollway. I WILL NEVER RENT A CAR IN ILLINOIS AGAIN. You are charged for tolls when you have not used tollways or the road you used is not marked as tollway. I did not at anytime pass under a device that indicated toll charges. Illinois is one state that thinks nothing of gauging people .
