Never had a problem renting a car here. One star deducted because we left a child seat in the back the last time we dropped off the rental. That was our fault, but they had pulled the child seat out of the car and did not bother to call us. It was for our grandkids, so we didn't realize we were missing a car seat until about a week later.
The best customer service team I have ever met at any rental service. Also, I was able to leave my car here while I have the rental with no issues, parking spaces seems much safer than most places.
Jessica and Alex were so amazing. I had already had a rental for work but in a pinch I ended up needed a larger vehicle. Called the 800 number twice and they were NOT HELPFUL. went to this location and they were not only nice, but helped me in MINUTES! And with a smile. They literally saved the day for me! Please give them raises!!!
Very bad customer service. Non existence. Very bad. No star.
