Great customer service at the Durango airport.
What a great experience. The agent quickly processed our reservation, gave us the option of a few vehicles and we were quickly on our way. When we returned the vehicle it was just as fast as
I rent from this location for business. As expected they don't have a large fleet or many nicer vehicles. This last time I got a vehicle from their Alamo fleet which did not meet expectations at all. However, I went back and Mark was so helpful and understanding and made the process so smooth and with a smile put me in another vehicle that was available. I think more often than not as an EE member I feel valued at National compared to some counterparts. Thanks!
Clean and ready car. Customer service was great and Luke made sure that I had any and all questions answered.
