Let’s start with the staff was great and very friendly. My issue was with a vehicle that probably should have been removed from the fleet a bit ago. The car smelled like cigarette smoke and had over 50K miles on it. I rent from National 40+ weeks a year and this was one of the least desirable vehicles I’ve been given. Again, staff was great, but the car, not so much.
car coice was a bit different than expected but fully satisfied. Counter service was quick and clear .No unusual pressure to buy what was already covered elsewhere.
