Avoid this location. Mad a reservation and when I arrived at 8am to pick up my car I was told they had no vehicles for recently made reservations. No solutions offered, just a blank stare. Cost me $12 to uber to the location and left without a vehicle. Poor reservation management, poor customer service. Shame on National for allowing this branch to represent their brand.
Great experience. Great staff. While staying in Miami Beach, I rented a car from here on two separate days for day trips. Both times, the experience was easy, the cars were clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Prices were also competitive. I recommend this National location.
Buen servicio atención rápida
I have rented from National many times but when I came here, Carlos decided to close 30 minutes early and wouldn’t rent me a car. I had to Uber to the Airport and pay the premium price for airport rentals. Other people were there at the time waiting to be helped, he was rude to them as well and refused to help them! I hope that corporate will resolve this issue!
