Stay away from this establishment. They didn't have any vehicle in my tier of car. They tried to offer me incomparable cars at no discounted rate. They used many excuses as to why they didn't have vehicle. No apologies or attempt to make reasonable accommodations. Miami is notorious for poor business practices and customer service. This place is no different.
STAY AWAY! Had a reservation for a 2 day car rental. I came in the morning and car was not ready. They told me come back in 2 hours, I came back in 2 hours. They told me come back in two hours again. In short, I picked up the car 8 hours later while my whole family was in limbo. I returned it after 23 hours and they would not refund me the money for 1 day. THEY STOLE MY MONEY. This was hands down the best car rental experience I’ve ever had. Vasile and David were welcoming and engaging, and went above and beyond to ensure my rental car needs were met even though this location doesn’t have an Emerald Club Executive section. I will definitely use this location again in the future.
Absolutely terrible service, I have never seen a location that no one answers the phone ever!!!! Or calls back!!!!. Still in a Current emergency and have been told by corporate office escalations that they are doing their best to speak to that manger from this location and regional manager to call me and I have been waiting for two days.
