Dont typically do this but this pissed me off. Had a reservation but due to the flight getting canceled I was a day late. Staff wanted to blame me for not making the reservation. On top of it they didnt have a car so they wanted me to wait a extra 30min-hour instead (ive been waiting at another airport for the last 18 hours, I dont want to wait any longer) of just upgrading sense they didnt have stock, keep in mind just like they dont have full control of there stock I dont have control of my flight and weather. RDM does not have good vehicles to rent. The vehicles are out of alignment, in need of an oil change, near bald tires, cracked mirrors and bumpers. Really unacceptable.

Would give 5 stars if they had Emerald Isle. But still Easy check in and out. Clean car and Friendly staff.
