There is no other reason to use anyone other rental company hands done
We reserved a car that would seat 6 people for a family vacation in Phoenix. When I arrived at the checkout line, the representative informed me that the vehicle I reserved wouldn't seat 6 because the back seat was actually just a jumper seat and people didn't fit in it. So she upgraded me to a vehicle that actually sat 6. My original reservation was for around $600, that upgrade took it to around $1775. Very disappointed, will never rent from Hertz again. This is why Turo is gaining so much traction in the industry.
