With a reservation in Emerald club, I was able to pick up my car within five minutes of talking to them at the desk. Awesome efficiency by the team at this location.
The manager who helped me during my rental process did an excellent job. He was very professional the entire rental process, helping me by providing alternatives and resolving them quickly, always seeking to offer us, his customers, viable and good options. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name (a young man with glasses), but thank you, National. Excellent service and attention to your customers. I fully recommend to National Car Rental.
Bad organization and long waiting time for pick up a reserved car.
Zach was who was helping us. He was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. It was busy when we went to pick up the car but we could see how well everyone there workers and Zach got us out as quickly as possible.
