Not helpful at all, don’t book through Expedia because they don’t list their policies correctly. They mentioned nothing about not accepting debit in their policies and would not answer the phone or allow me to leave a message, so I left Disneyland to go talk to them in person and they let me know that they will not be renting me a vehicle because of their “policy” around not accepting debit/credit cards. Now I’m stranded with no option and they were NOT HELPFUL.
The entire experience was smooth and efficient, from pick-up to drop-off. Everyone was very polite and professional. The car was new, clean, and worked out perfectly.
They were nice to deal with for a car rental. And seemed fair to deal with if damage was an issue. We had no damage, so did not have to deal with any of those issues anyway.
