The entire experience was smooth and efficient, from pick-up to drop-off. Everyone was very polite and professional. The car was new, clean, and worked out perfectly.
They were nice to deal with for a car rental. And seemed fair to deal with if damage was an issue. We had no damage, so did not have to deal with any of those issues anyway.
We had an amazing experience renting our car with the help of Manny Velazquez. He made sure we got exactly the car we wanted and went above and beyond to make the whole process smooth and stress-free. His customer service was truly outstanding, friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. Highly recommend working with him if you’re looking for a great rental experience!
