The lack of customer service is crazy. A simple question about my reservation could not be answered because they don’t answer the phone, no matter what! So I had to call a different location.
The office where I picked up my vehicle was extremely flexible about me picking up the vehicle early. I got a nice SUV to drive which was in great condition and excellent for my weekend vacation. The price point was excellent as well. Drop off could not have been any easier at LAX airport. Thank you so much.
