Fast and Easy
The Grand Junction location did not mark my rental as returned when I returned it. I called and requested a receipt 5 separate times and was told each time by the call center that they would reach out to the branch and have them send me the receipt. They issued an "escalation" a “warning” and an "emergency escalation" to the Grand Junction branch. But after 5 attempts I still have no receipt or explanation of why a receipt cannot be issued. To the management of this place, be ashamed, only 1 poor guy working the counter for national and Alamo?? Been waiting in line for 30 minutes, you need more people.
Pickup and drop were quick and easy. Superior customer service. Car are always clean and problem free and the staff ensured that if something did happen they were ready to assist. Go with National, in my opinion the gold standard for renting cars, SUVs, and pickups.
