The convenience of being a emerald executive member and just walking out onto the parking garage to pick the car that I want is both convenient and a very quick process. Also, their customer service is outstanding.

The easiest process of picking up a car in all the airports I've been in. Large selection and extremely accessible from terminal. Very clean vehicles and zero problems with the Jeep I had even over mountain passes. Return was just as seamless and agents are helpful and friendly.
We rented a vehicle in September from the Grand Junction Airport location. Jay, I believe the manager, was cordial while quickly processing our paperwork. He explained the insurance options, and even offered us an upgrade. He suggested a scenic drive to Moab rather than the usual fastest route which did not disappoint.
