Easy and smooth rental. Great service!
The car I rented had a flat that deflated in the span of two minutes in a neighborhood that contains mansions at 540pm. For the next two and a half hours, I called road side assistance six times, looked at the update link and texts many times, and received four calls from the dispatch regarding a tow. I’ve come to expect a lot from national over the years. I use this National location often and they always do great work. But Sam went above and beyond for me and really reminded me why I’m a loyal National customer. Great job Sam and keep doing the good work.
