Sam is the man!! Super cool guy who has taken care of me the past 4 visits. I travel for work and unlike other rental car places, he cares!!!
I came in late on a delayed flight to Duluth MN, and the gentleman at the counter was in the process of closing....Most places would have said they were closed, but he opened up shop and had me on my way in 5 minutes!! That is REAL customer service! Pay close attention to wonderful employees, because they are few, and far between!
Beware of “excessive mileage fees” if you need to change the drop off location
Smooth process, went to the lower level of the Duluth Airport and checked in at the National Counter. Received the key and walked across to the parking structure found the car in the space as indicated it should be. After completing my rental, returned to the Duluth airport and parked in the designated National spaces, returned the keys to the counter and hopped on my plane to the next destination.
