Good experience at renting a car at Duluth Minnesota airport.Customer service Representative Roxy was great.Nice car, good service, no problem turning it back in at Nashville TN.Would rent from them again 👍
Sam is the man!! Super cool guy who has taken care of me the past 4 visits. I travel for work and unlike other rental car places, he cares!!!
I came in late on a delayed flight to Duluth MN, and the gentleman at the counter was in the process of closing....Most places would have said they were closed, but he opened up shop and had me on my way in 5 minutes!! That is REAL customer service! Pay close attention to wonderful employees, because they are few, and far between!
Beware of “excessive mileage fees” if you need to change the drop off location
