Very friendly rental location, and almost no line compared to Avis and budget. The person helping me was friendly and I got my car quickly and I was pleased with the car they gave to me. Easy to get the car and easy to return it.
Everyone was super friendly and easy to work with, the cars were all clean well cared for and maintained. Even turning in the car, had to change the payment method, they made it super easy and accommodated everything we needed.
This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I rent vehicles 3–4 days a week for work, so I’m very familiar with standard rental procedures. Despite having a valid reservation, this location refused to provide the vehicle because my driver’s license had a small crack. The license is fully legible, scans properly, and the barcode is completely functional.
