Awesome
I love National and rent from them all the time, but this location is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. They are short cars, don’t answer the phone, and don’t return calls even when they are escalated from their corporate office. Their local staff will not help you, even in a critical situation.
The whole rental process was amazingly easy! Honestly I've never had such an efficient check-in/check-out process as this one!
New disappointment on June 9, I was over charged for milage , they continue to make me have to pay and ask customer service for refund just because. I have been renting all year around, all around the states and by far I am sorry to say this is my home base and the most inconvenience I get from national rental locations. Depending on the mood of the staff, if they have a good mood, they give you a nice vehicle if they don’t have a good mood they give you anything
