Ability to accommodate delayed flights and a quick checkout process. However, one concern is that information about after-hours support was not provided, and the listed local phone number directed to the main office rather than the airport rental location, making it difficult to notify them of flight delays
The staff at our local office is terrific (shout out to Troy and Cody). The pick-up and return was so fast and easy. Our rental van was in excellent condition (clean and worked flawlessly). National is our go-to car rental place. Highly recommend the Rt. 3 location.

Jason was phenomenal to deal with. Due to the hours of operation on Saturday I was nervous on booking with National as our flight was arriving after they close. When I called earlier in the week I got to speak to Jason and he calmed my concern. He was willing to come to the airport after the posted hours. This meant so much to me and my husband.
