Easy in and out at airports. Good rates also.
Jason was phenomenal to deal with. Due to the hours of operation on Saturday I was nervous on booking with National as our flight was arriving after they close. When I called earlier in the week I got to speak to Jason and he calmed my concern. He was willing to come to the airport after the posted hours. This meant so much to me and my husband. Excellent customer service
No one was at the counter when my flight came it. I was stranded at the airport. National customer service stated they were sorry for the inconvenience.....not a good night Update 5-15-2019. Contacted customer service and once again sorry for the inconvenience but offered no help once again. I get that it's a small satellite both but no local number and the phone number on the website just rings and rings.
