Counter was closed when I arrived at the airport.they left me an 5 other travelers stranded looking for a rental at 11 pm. I had to go to a hotel for the night and rent another car In the morning.

Price gouging on customers. I made a reservation for 1 week and the price was around $600. Upon returning the car, my flight got cancelled. The only way to return home was to modify my reservation and extend as well as change the return location. They now have changed the price of the previous week rental and were charging me an extra $2100 for 4 more days and the change of return location. Ability to accommodate delayed flights and a quick checkout process. However, one concern is that information about after-hours support was not provided, and the listed local phone number directed to the main office rather than the airport rental location, making it difficult to notify them of flight delays

The staff at our local office is terrific (shout out to Troy and Cody). The pick-up and return was so fast and easy. Our rental van was in excellent condition (clean and worked flawlessly). National is our go-to car rental place. Highly recommend the Rt. 3 location.
