As always, National Car Rental was personal and professional. I made my reservation over the internet and received phone calls and notes from them at the Quad Cities International airport in Moline, IL. I had a personal number to call if needed and when I returned the car the agent at the counter the evening of 5 OCT could not have been more polite, respectful and professional. I am an Emerald Club member and enjoy doing my car rental business with National - both here in the US and overseas.
