Being a member of the Emerald Club with National Car Rental is a wonderful, great, quick and hassle-free experience. You do not have to check in with anyone.....when you get off the plane you simply walk to the car of your choice and take-off. Thank you for making renting a car so easy.!

It used to be...a year ago, you would have two cars to choose from. Not any more...lots of good cars to choose from...and w/Sirius add-on; it makes for a great ride! Vroooom!

Hard time booking and using free days, car radio didn't work! Never received email containing free rental certificates.

Renting from National as a basic Emerald member is fast, easy, and hassle-free. This may sound like an advertisement, but they really do make the car rental experience much easier. Highly recommend them!

I am a Emerald Club member by choice, as it is very convenient for my business and personal travel. Always pleased with the choices of cars to pick at their sites. In Kansas City I had a nice selection, ended up with a small SUV that had all the features I needed. Quick and easy to get your car from the airport, shuttle busses are always coming thru, especially at busy times. Nice airport and convenient to get to the car rental facility.

First time renting from National @ MCI. 12/23 - 12/30. I have the "Emerald Isle" club and there was a good selection of cars to choose from. The vehicle I chose fit my needs and was low mileage/clean. My only complaint is that the rental return was "Sketchy". We returned the car 12/30 @ aprox 2:30 in the morning, the facility was open but there was no one there to accept the vehicle and complete the transaction. When I arrived there was a line of people and NO CARS. First time ever that has happened for me. The person trying to deal with all this did a good job, but a walkie-talkie or mobile phone would have helped, I think. I'll still go with National because of many really great experiences at other airports. My 1st time at KCI, so it might have been an isolated incident.
