Such great service both at pick up and drop off! I went to the wrong terminal drop off and the lady was so kind, she gave me the correct address and helped me out of the parking lot. Thank you!!

I have been an emerald aisle member with national since 2018. I called their location Monday morning looking for a truck and it's been 48 hours with no response or returned call. Very unfortunate they treat their most loyal customers this way.

I always prefer national but terminal 2’s location seems to be suckers for getting every last penny out of you. We stopped to fill up at the only gas station outside the location and fill up to full. However, they charged us 1/2 Gallon of gas. Do they really just want you to bring a gas tank with you and fill up as you hand the keys over?? Terminal 1 crew is five stars, but not this terminal 2 crew.

I left the keys in my back pack Ethan went above and beyond to locate me at my gate to retrieve the keys . Thank u !
