Friendly and helpful staff when picking up the vehicle and returning it. With my executive status, they gave me a number of vehicles to choose from under the booked rate.
Booked my reservation online and there was no option for emerald aisle. Went ahead with reservation, go to desk, get my vehicle and walk out to the lot. Lo and behold there are cars parked with markers that say Emerald Executive. Have executive status the deal agent should’ve seen that on my profile and given me my upgrade. Car that was given obviously hadn’t been cleaned as there were dead bugs al over the front. Also I was told car was in a specific spot and it wasn’t. Had to find my car in the pouring rain.
