Booked my reservation online and there was no option for emerald aisle. Went ahead with reservation, go to desk, get my vehicle and walk out to the lot. Lo and behold there are cars parked with markers that say Emerald Executive. Have executive status the deal agent should’ve seen that on my profile and given me my upgrade. I am always happy with the ease of drop off at national car rental but this time, I was greeted by a rep named Kiani (I hope I spelled her name correctly) who was so happy and welcoming that she deserves much praise. She was thorough and efficient but it never felt rushed
Rental in Colorado Springs - Always some type of issue. Emailed concerns to COS rep, but never reached out to me. Last rental, turn signal not working, washer fluid not working, tell me car was never inspected before next rental. Overall National is good, but Colorado Springs airport location needs better service, better management. Previous rental they tried to stick me with a repair bill on A/C compressor of a brand new car. As a renter how does a renter control a faulty part of a vey?
