We had an issue with our original rental from National at DEN airport. We were staying in Colorado Springs, so we went to this location to swap out the vehicle. The staff was very professional and apologetic for the issue, even though it wasn't from their fleet. The exchange process was very smooth and pain-free. We were back on the road in hardly any time at all. Another great National experience.
Great Experience
I really liked how fast and easy the check-in process was when I brought in my car. The checkout process was just as smooth. All of the attendants, both behind the desk and out in the lot, were very friendly, helpful, and professional. They made the entire experience pleasant and efficient. Thank you for the excellent customer service!
The audacity to add $36.80 in fuel charge when I returned my rental full of gas. This location has caused my expense report to get kicked back. Had to call National to get the charge removed. To the young guy who did this, you've caused my money to be inconvenienced, you need to be fired.
Great rental experience in Colorado Springs. ( airport) Rented a Honda Ridgeline( truck) to help my daughter move out of her dorm, and pickup and drop off was easy.
