Great customer service at Colorado Springs Airport. Exceeded expectations. Upgrade make it more pleasant.
Easy process and clean car but got nickled and dimed for changing the drop off location from Colorado Springs airport to Denver Intl. I have never had a car rental company charge over 150$ to change locations. A little frustrating.
I have used multiple car rental companies over the years and I now find myself coming back to National again and again.
