Exceptional customer service
Great experience with Miguel L at National. He provided very friendly service and a few recommendations for my trip up to Napa. Later, when I needed to extend my rental and change the return location, the folks at National were very easy to work with. Five stars.
I already love National but I had an especially incredible experience at this location working with Laith. I was originally given an older Hyundai sedan but after mentioning I'm an Emerald member and was hoping for something a bit more modern he upgraded me for free to a Nissan crossover SUV which made my day.
