Amazing crew at the Fisherman’s Wharf location - they are wonderful
Huge line up. 1 guy working the counter that we are forced to use, but the whole reason that I use National is as an Emerald Member, I’m supposed to be able to skip the line. 45 minutes to get the “paperwork” to get my rental??? Uh oh! No cars available!! This is just getting worse. Never had such a bad experience to get a rental. No answers as to when we will get a car,! Brutal!!!
