National Car is quickly becoming my most favorite car rental company and having rented from multiple locations during my summer travel, Keana is hands down one of the best customer service associates I have ever met (in any business not just car rental). She is very resourceful and goes out of her way to take care of customers. I witnessed that first hand while waiting in line and of course later benefited from her excellent service from my rental. Thank you Keana.
Smooth check out, car in great condition, smooth return, and the possibility to return the car in other state. National was the only rental car agency offering that in July: rent in the Bay Area, return in Arizona. Thanks for that!
Took care of us before we took the car and then found my Wife's wallet after we got back. Great staff. Thanks Nick!
