Best return experience. National actually had a person on hand very early in the morning instead of a key drop. Jordan Manning at the Wichita airport was awesome!

Enterprise counter was closed, had to go to National..the woman working the National counter was not helpful whatsoever. My license is cracked UNDER the barcode, still valid and can still be scanned. She stated they can't accept it due to company policy considering it a damaged license (looking at the website it does not mention this whatsoever, only that it should be valid and readable, which it is - if it's acceptable for the government, it's valid). el momento de recoger el vehículo fue bastante desagradable. el empleado que nos atendió no hizo absolutamente nada por comunicarse con nosotros (nuestro inglés es bastante limitado). tuvo que ayudarnos otro empleado de la agencia de renting de al lado. experiencia lamentable Picking up the vehicle was quite unpleasant. The employee who helped us did absolutely nothing to communicate with us (our English is quite limited). Another employee from the rental agency next door had to help us. A regrettable experience.
