We love booking with National on every trip (work + personal). Nicole was amazing. She really helped us out when we were in a pinch (flight oversold & asked to drive to Daytona). She went above and beyond. Her customer service is definitely top tier.
Very good experience when checking in for my car. Full size car was unavailable was upgraded to product I was not expecting which was wonderful. Returning vehicle was very easy, in the lot keys directly to associate and reimbursed deposit immediately into my account.
