Sacramento staff are phenomenal! Quick check in. Offered to drive us to the terminal so we wouldn’t have to move the luggage and my husband’s wheelchair twice. Kyle and Greg Johnson were the best ambassadors for National.
I really like National because they always have new, clean cars, the staff is very professional, and there's always someone available to help if you have any questions. I highly recommend National; I've already recommended them to my family and friends.
I had family business that turned into a family crisis. Everyone at National were amazing. Especially Ali at the Fresno airport office. I reserved a car but ended up in a Chrysler Mini van. I wasnt very happy about that until I drove it. Great great vehicle. I will always rent thru National when I can. Simply for their customer service.
Best service ever! We were stuck over an hour in the Avis line. It was so frustrating. No organization, no customer service from AVIS-people started to get upset & that's not my vibe. I stepped into the National line & Aradeli was fanstatic. We were out of there with a car 10 minutes later. These weary travelers were so greatful!
