We had passed Rochester- about 35 minutes south- on our way to Florida, when our van broke down. We had been traveling with another rig, and after calling the car places in Rochester we booked a car through National (the 1800 number had assured me they had a car). Will called me to tell me they didn’t have a car yet (it was 10 am) but they should by 2 or 3.. but when he heard our troubles he said to come on in. Fast, efficient and pleasant experience. Will the agent was personable and helpful. I could tell he loved his job. I would rent from National again.
