My experience was excellent from start to finish. It began with the lady who handed over the car to us, which was in such good condition that driving it brought me great satisfaction. The good experience concluded with the lady who received the car back from us. Both ladies were friendly and made the entire process easy.
Prompt and courteous service! They helped me fix a problem with my reservation, and then pulled the car up from the lot to the curb for me.
Do not have an emerald aisle
We had passed Rochester- about 35 minutes south- on our way to Florida, when our van broke down. We had been traveling with another rig, and after calling the car places in Rochester we booked a car through National (the 1800 number had assured me they had a car). Will called me to tell me they didn’t have a car yet (it was 10 am) but they should by 2 or 3.. but when he heard our troubles he said to come on in.
