Steve and his team serviced my machine on the spot and went above and beyond to make sure everything was dialled in perfectly. They took the time to show me exactly how to use the machine, adjusted all the settings, and had it pouring the perfect coffee before I left. Great service and extremely knowledgeable — highly recommend!

I had my 15 year old Capresso machine serviced, and a year later couldn’t remember how to descale it. They sent me a YouTube video, but it was for a newer machine and I could not find anything anywhere. I decided to bring it in and have them show me. They could’ve sent me away, but instead the young woman who worked there invited me in and helped me figure it out.
