Go to cappuccino king or Coffee addicts instead they have way better customer service and actually guide you on how to install these expensive machines. I went there with my plumber the girls don’t know anything and the owners have no guidance on the process. This is a 10k purchase there should be better support.

I brought my machine to National Cappuccino, and the service was exceptional. Steve could have just told me what the issue was, and left it at that, but instead he pointed out that this issue was a symptom and he proceeded to correct the underlying cause. He went above and beyond to get me making coffee again, and the service was absolutely top-notch. I'll definitely be back, whether its because my machine has an issue again or to buy a new one!
