Met James at National Capital Toyota Tuggeranong in early May while looking for a used Corolla for my daughter. He was an exceptional operator and a credit to the business who assisted my daughter in getting into great car. I don't usually enjoy the car buying business and don't usually leave a review but he managed the whole process in a genuine and friendly manner. I can't rate him highly enough. Thanks James.

This dealership feels different to most. The friendliness of staff and lack of pressure are comforting.
Do not recommend. Had my new Landcruiser in for 20000k service. They don’t do all recommended maintenance that is stated in service schedule. How do I know? I marked components that were meant to be done in the service and they were not touched. When asked why major components were not being done I was told that it didn’t need to be done even though it is recommended to be done every 10000ks. Very poor service at a premium price. I will not be going back to national capital Toyota
I asked a simple question about a part for my 2014 but there wasn't much interest in me, presumably because I wasn't buying a new car.
