Car went in for a service, incomplete due to some technical issues their side but came back smelling like cigarette smoke and with contents of glove box taken out and tossed on the floor. Not the first time we’ve had issues with this centre - will not be going back. The other locations close by are far superior.
We had an excellent experience at Toyota. Klim Kim provided excellent service. He was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the whole process. Highly appreciate his support and would definitely recommend him to others.
The Mazda 6 I purchased has impressed me with its solid build quality, smooth driving experience, and strong fuel efficiency for a sedan of its size. The 2016 model still feels refined, with a comfortable interior and responsive handling that makes daily driving easy. It’s practical, reliable, and performs better than many cars in the same price range. A few older-model quirks are normal, but overall it’s a well-balanced and value-for-money car that I’m genuinely satisfied with.
Easiest transaction ever. We saw a Ute we loved, James (the younger James, there’s two james’s here!) ran us through the details, we took it on a test drive and decided to buy it. Finance went through overnight and James went out of his way to help us get documentation sorted first thing in the morning so we could take the Ute on our trip. Top service all around.
