Do not recommend. Had my new Landcruiser in for 20000k service. They don’t do all recommended maintenance that is stated in service schedule. How do I know? I marked components that were meant to be done in the service and they were not touched. When asked why major components were not being done I was told that it didn’t need to be done even though it is recommended to be done every 10000ks. Very poor service at a premium price. I will not be going back to national capital Toyota
I asked a simple question about a part for my 2014 but there wasn't much interest in me, presumably because I wasn't buying a new car.
Car is great, after sales service is crap!
We took our car in because of a failure of the hybrid battery They charged us for a replacement, but didn't replace the battery that was actually faulty They are not offering a refund, and they are charging roughly 4x their original quote to get the problem actually fixed Straight up criminals
