Called multiple times requesting a quote for supply and install. On the first call I was told I would be transferred to the service department, but they were busy so a callback was arranged. After waiting a couple of hours with no callback, I rang again, and midway through speaking with a staff member the call was ended. Very disappointing customer service and poor communication. A simple callback or explanation would have been appreciated.
Met James at National Capital Toyota Tuggeranong in early May while looking for a used Corolla for my daughter. He was an exceptional operator and a credit to the business who assisted my daughter in getting into great car. I don't usually enjoy the car buying business and don't usually leave a review but he managed the whole process in a genuine and friendly manner. I can't rate him highly enough. Thanks James.
