Booked Renault Motorhome for 40K service. Phoned a few trucks/ bus diesel workshops, but none of them will do Motorhomes. Glad National Capital Motors were my only option, as their capped price service was very comprehensive . I was informed, when dropping off the vehicle, that any additional parts/costs etc. l would be notified before going ahead. As it turned out, sidesteps needed to be removed to fit on the hoist. Never ever by a Renault captur or Clio, this car has multiple systemic issues and the cost for repairs are horrendous. I had my car back 3 days and paid over $4000 and another error code comes up. Don't waste your time fixing it, it's a money pit.

Unsatisfactory experience, lack of communication, needed to go back there 2 times after the initial check until it became clear that they did not have staff that was qualified to establish or fix our issue.
