Amazing doctors who have provided outstanding care for our child. The staff are always friendly, kind, and accommodating, making every visit easy and stress-free. We’re very grateful for the support and highly recommend this practice.
The receptionist is a rude, dismissive, and discriminatory, and ableist thing. My fishnets disability was minimised, made out like it was important, medication she requires to function was mocked. I asked more than ten times to book my child’s appointment, but because I pointed out their failures they decided that abusive and discriminating is the way to go. I was criticised, mocked, and discriminated against for my own disability myself. Avoid them if Prue and Sophia aren’t your idea of how your child is to be treated.
Both our kids have seen a range of the practitioners here (Dr Yiing Yiing Goh, Dr Deepa Dorasamy, Dr Jennifer Schaefer) and we could not be happier with their service. This filters down to the welcoming and helpful reception staff that we were assisted by, Jo & Pru. The Paediatricians were so well prepared, thorough, knowledgeable, informed and have great communication/collaboration across our health team. Our son sees Dr. Dorasamy and she is simply fabulous! I feel we are in safe hands and her appointments are very thorough. Receptionists are also amazing!
We have been patients of Dr Soniwala for about 8 years, firstly in Wagga Wagga and then in Canberra. He is thorough and knowledgeable and has a lovely bedside manner.
