I took my car in for a regular service and was absolutely shocked to be charged $1,700 for what should have been straightforward maintenance. This level of overcharging feels completely unreasonable and unjustified. Dealing with Sunny, the service manager, only made the experience worse. Very impressed with the staff at National Capital Mitsubishi. Quick, efficient, straight to the point. Short wait time for the service. They even rebooked me for my next service ( something Phillip Mitsubishi did not). My outlander GSR was purchased through Phillip Mitsubishi, and every interaction since with that dealership has been a nightmare. Do yourself a favor, even if you buy your vehicle through Phillip, the service department at National Capital far exceeds Phillip and is worth your time and money.
Worst team you will ever see in Australia. Never will buy Mitsubishi or any car from them ….. when they wana sell it they call you at 2 AM as well when you want to do service they will not call you for months
