We were there to buy outlander in white colour any model demo or brand new car. They didn’t have base model in white but have top model demo. He didn’t allow us to have a test drive. He said ‘’why would I allow you if you are not interested in’’. How would someone decide to buy without driving a car? Complete rude gesture to the customer who was about to buy car. He needs to learn to talk to customers.
I had a great experience with Mitsubishi Capital Belconnen. Allen provided extremely professional, kind, and attentive service. He genuinely understood our needs and guided us through everything smoothly. The whole team was also very supportive and welcoming. I’m very happy with the service and would highly recommend them.
Bought our new outlander from here Big shout out to Allen the salesman , fantastic to deal with , very professional and helped in every way he could Would highly recommend dealing with him if possible .
