I am extremely disappointed with this dealership. My key programming issue was first diagnosed at the start of April 2025, and after about 6 months of repeated appointment cancellations, it is still unresolved. Hyundai Australia has not taken responsibility, and the service has been unprofessional and frustrating. I would strongly caution anyone against using this dealership — don’t waste your time facing the same problem.

We have bought a brand new Hyundai Santafe car today from Nation Capital Motors, Bhargav customer service is very good, he was so quick and always listen to the customer, he was incredibly responsive and attentive throughout all the dealings.
