I rang up weeks ago and booked my mums car in to have her reversing camera fixed. (Warranty job) When I show up today at 8am as advised by "ALEX" they have no history of my booking or my call. That's funny because I have the called logged on my phone. I was asked to reschedule.....no apology, basically saying its my error. What a JOKE of a place! No wonder you have a 2 star rating, maybe a good start to employee people who are capable of making a simple booking....

We had a issue with car battery and car is just year old we guys are at somewhere in nsw regional when we come to this people they didn’t give a response for that failure or didn’t book any emergency services for car diagnoses they just say if you don’t fell safe the drive please don’t drive .

Car did not had any issue before servicing, but had to drive back with one after the service. When called to inform them that the car is lagging, I had to exchange heaps of email with the so called service manager to convince that 'I did not do anything to lead to the issue'. After leaving the car with them for a day (second time in a week) I was told that the service team forgot to seal the caps after adding/checking the oils. Never going there again.
