National Bulk Equipment was a great place to work. They are a very family- forward company, and I was very familiar with the company before I was employed there. I was proud to work there. Top of the line products, and people who take pride in the whole process. Sadly I had to make the choice to leave, as I couldn’t be assigned a new supervisor. NBE is a company that will underpay and overwork its employees. The plant manager is deceptive, sexist, and ageist. He has actively gas lighted employees when confronted. He lacks integrity and will boast of his religious morals. There are many great people, and the products are top notch, it is just sad that some upper management is so poorly suited for the job.
I worked here for 3 years. NBE is a great place to work! They are making top quality equipment, providing customers innovative solutions, and treating everyone with respect and integrity.
