Quality product, but a very difficult company to deal with online. They sent the wrong part; despite being notified immediately through multiple channels (email, website contact form) it took 2 weeks to get a response. Promised was a replacement part and a refund for another part I returned at my own expense, within 48 hours. They followed through on the replacement but a week later, still no refund. Had to open a case with Paypal for a successful resolution. If you paid through another means, good luck. I hope they improve ... read more
